CCI Carbon Fiber Epoxy Adhesive is a two-component A and B solvent-free epoxy adhesive. It is well integrated and penetrated with carbon fiber sheets to achieve the effect of carbon fiber reinforcement.

Method:
1. Preparation
• Stir the two parts (Part A and Part B) evenly.
• Mix Part A and B together at a ratio of 2:1.
• Stir for three minutes until evenly mix (500rpm).
2. Construction
• Treating the concrete surfaces.
• Repair the concrete surfaces.
• Apply evenly mixed adhesive to the concrete surface.
• Paste the carbon fiber sheet. Also, pay attention to the direction of fiber sheet.
• Use tools to infiltrate the underlying colloid into the carbon fiber sheet.
• After the adhesive is cured, the surface is treated with fireproof or UV protection and decoration.
Note:
1. Wear gloves, goggles, and protective clothing to avoid contact with material parts.
2. Special attention should be paid to good ventilation in closed and small places.
3. Ensure the air circulation in the working area and nearby areas to avoid accumulation of large amounts of steam.
4. When pasting more than one layer of the carbon fiber sheet, wet it within 60 minutes (23 ̊C) after the
completion of the previous layer of construction, and repeat the rolling process. If the construction cannot be
completed within 60 minutes, you need to wait at least 12 hours before constructing the next layer of carbon
fiber sheet.
5. Recommended dosage is 0.8-1kg per square meter.
