StrandZ MSF 550(MACRO SYNTHETIC FIBER)

CCI StrandZ MSF 550 with 100% polypropylene as raw material, CCI StrandZ macro synthetic fiber is produced by a special molding process and surface modification; it has the advantage of acid, alkali resistant, excellent tensile, easy dispersing, convenience for construction, and no damage to vehicles and pavement and no need for special conservation.

CCI StrandZ macro synthetic fiber can be used instead of steel fiber to enhance the crack resistance of cement concrete and significantly improve the toughness and flexural of concrete. Because of special shape, PP macro fiber has good combination with concrete and strong bond.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: -CCI StrandZ MSF 550 fibers should be added per project specifications or engineer’s instructions. CCI StrandZ MSF 550 fibers are typically introduced at 1 kg per cubic meter and are packaged in premeasured degradable bags that can be added directly to the concrete mix.

PACKAGING AND SHIPPING:

CCI StrandZ MSF 550 fibers can be packaged into bags as small as 1 kg and as large as 25 kgs. Depending on the size of the order, the pallets will range
on the actual volume and length. All orders that are less than a truck load can be shipped within 48 hours of purchase order receipt.
